As your loved one approaches the end of their life, being a carer can be challenging and the emotional and physical stress can increase. Our end of life care provides you with additional support, caring for your loved one, and helping you make the necessary preparations.
Here at Anam Cara House Colac, we focus on the whole of family care needs during the palliative care process and the dying phase. We can accommodate family members and carers – three double rooms with ensuites are available.
